Hello Jackie Cat Concierge lets your cats relax at home while you're away.
I'll provide a professional, discreet and tailored cat sitting and pet care service for your cats while they get to stay in the familiar surroundings of your home.

Your furry friends will be loved and cared for by me - I don't use contractors or casual sitters.
​
I'm happy to also water your pot plants, collect the mail or any other jobs you need doing while you are away (some services attract an additional fee).
​
I'll come and hang out with your cats in your home, once or twice a day and will feed, clean or change their litter, groom and play with your pets in their own familiar surroundings.

FEES & SERVICES
INITIAL HOME VISIT
I'll come for a free home consultation to meet you and your cat/s and discuss your requirements and your expectations.
WHILE YOU ARE AWAY
I'm happy to water your plants, put out and take in your bins, empty your mail box and fill your fridge for your return* (grocery items to be paid for by client).

If you have elderly parents or relatives that you usually oversee care for, I can also offer home visits, take them to appointments, drop in and pick up their prescriptions - or even take them for a coffee. Fees for these services can be discussed if needed.
KEYS
The collection of a key for the service is usually done at the time of the free consultation. If not available at that time you can organise to drop it off to me or a $10 collection fee will be added to the service.
IN HOME CARE
Feed your cats and replace their water
Clean out or replace their litter
Brush and provide individual play time and cuddles for your cats (if they want!)
Email or text you daily photo reports of your precious felines
Administer medication if required (no injections though).

VISIT DURATION
I'll visit once or twice a day for a minimum 30 minutes each time. $30 per day for one visit (up to 2 cats). $50 per day for two visits.
FEES & PAYMENTS
$30 per day for one visit (up to 2 cats). $50 per day for two visits. There is a public holiday surcharge of $15 per day for normal public holidays and Easter and a $25 surcharge for Christmas Day (if available). Payment is to be made in advance of the service. Payments can be made via PayPal or direct debit. Full terms and conditions provided at initial consultation. OTHER PETS
I can also offer services in your home for your birds, fish, guinea pigs, mice and other small pets. Hello Jackie Cat Concierge does not currently offer services for dogs.

I have full Public Liability Insurance and relevant security check certification and am a member of The International Personal Concierge and Lifestyle Management Network.
I've been a cat lover since my parents bought me my first cat at 6 years old. It came every where I went - I dressed it up and took it in my doll's pram for walks, it slept in my room, we were inseparable.

I live in Beaumont with my husband and our Tortie Siamese - Simmy. Simmy was my mother's day present 20 years ago and although a little more frail these days she is the true supervisor in our house... She's a bit of a pampered puss and is the best judge of the most comfy seat in the house, the best position in the sun and loves taking over your side in bed. In fact she's the only cat I know who likes sleeping on pillows - silk seems to be her favourite.
